• This contest is presented by Avon Solutions.
• By participating in the competition, you have affirmed that an adult has read and accepted these terms and conditions, and has consented to your participation in the competition.
• If the Participant does not agree with these T & C, Participant is requested not to participate in the Competition. Participation in the Competition shall be deemed as the acceptance of the T&C by the Participant.
• Participant agrees to submit only the original story (“Content”) and none of the Content or any portion thereof constitutes any infringement or violation of the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Publishing rights belong to Avon Education and Varun Gwalani, and if participant wishes to publish the story after it has been published in the initial anthology, they are requested to contact Avon Education.
• If, for any reason, participant wishes to withdraw their story from the competition, then they should inform Avon Education promptly. The fee is non-refundable.

• If participant’s story has been selected as a finalist, they will required to provide proof of age. Failure to do so can lead to disqualification. Further, participant providing false identification may lead to disqualification.
• If story is not selected as a finalist, the participant will not receive a refund.
